Funny post about training routines.

I think my schedule is pretty typical:

Wake up at 0400 hrs every morning to take a 1.2 mile swim in a frozen lake (under the ice). Run 4 miles into the woods. Gather some pine cones and roots for breakfast. Duck walk home.

Take a hot shower. Watch Sponge Bob Squarepants for a half an hour. Chop wood for an hour and a half. Eat a hoagie and some twinkies for lunch.

After lunch I find random people to pick fights with (usually neo-nazis) before doing wind sprints for 30 minutes with duct tape over my mouth (I like anaerobic conditioning).

I then go back to the woods looking for large prey animals to wrestle (bears and mountain lions usually). The key is to make yourself look small and tasty. I then bandage up and hike home.

I watch a little Oprah on the DVR before heading out to the homeless shelter for dinner. I can usually get in some physical training there wrestling over the last piece of chicken.

I do jump squats alternating with alligator crawls all the way home. I then put in a Richard Von Donk Black Belt series video and sweat to the oldies (kihon happo, sanshin, etc.) for an hour or so.

Like I said, pretty typical.
